Rules


Hold Harmless Agreement
All players are expected to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement form prior to participating in Laser Combat.
Players under the age of 18 must also have the agreement signed by a parent or guardian.

Player Age Requirements
  • All players must be at least 6 years old
  • All players under the age of 10 must have a person 15 years or older responsible for them at the event and be paired with them at team selections.
General Procedure Rules
  • The CO, and Referee's will be acting as the laws of the battlefield.
  • Climbing/moving props is not allowed. You break it, you buy it.
  • Covering hit sensors is not allowed and may prompt player removal.
  • If you are KIA, proceed to Game Start location (Unless otherwise directed).
                Hold gun above head for a short time after death, then carry out in non-combative manner.
                No talking or using radios after being killed, dead men tell no tales.

Safety Rules
  • Dress for the Environment. Boots, Pants covering ankles, etc. Also, Camouflage helps!
  • NO Open-Toe shoes and Flip-Flops as these can be a tripping hazard
  • This is a No-Contact Sport: including players and guns. No "bayonet strikes", no throwing stones.
  • Be careful running, as there are lots of objects out there, human and not.
  • Avoid engagements within a 6 foot proximity of opponents.
  • Use Radio Channel 9-11 for any emergency issues you may have.
Important Reminders
  • Be respectful of non-players at venues, remember we are sharing the space with them.
  • Consider bringing Bug Repellant as mosquitoes can be very thick at some venues. Loose clothes also help.
  • Please bring your own drinks and remember to hydrate often, most venues do not have drinking fountains.
  • Remember to wear sunscreen when its sunny and warm out.
  • Avoid interfering with disk golf games at venues with disk golf courses if possible.
